I thought she was knowledgeable. But I felt she went too quickly and did not explain enough. Also felt she was too casual in her exam. If this were my first scan I would be very much in the dark. The provider I had at Forefront the first time I went was much better.

Dr. Sundlass was excellent in decisively stepping in and helping me with a chronic hive issue that my other doctors left me struggling with for weeks because they didn't know the cause. She listened, took care of the immediate problem so I would not keep suffering and then helped me get an appointment with a new allergist in the appropriate time frame so we could identify the underlying cause. I am extremely grateful and impressed with her ability to care for her patients needs. I would highly recommend her as a responsible and knowledgeable dermatologist. She is also a caring and understanding person.

Since I could not arrange an appointment with my normal dermatologist, I was impressed that I could schedule one in a day through Dr, Sundlass. I knew what needed done. She examined the site and quickly took care of the situation. I wasn't there for a social visit and was happy to have been cared for quickly. A few minutes discussing possible procedures after biopsy results are received was pleasant.

Waist of time. Very impersonal and really didn't examine me, never touched my scalp to examine it. Stood several feet from me and just questioned me on my hair loss. Five minutes at most.

I have had body checks at other Dermatologists by at least three different doctors. I felt Dr Sundlass’ exam wasn’t very thorough compared to what I have had in the past. She seemed as if she wanted to get it over quickly and in turn, it made me feel uncomfortable.

Doctor spent a total of 5 minutes to do a full body skin exam and that included the removal of one mole. I am not kidding it almost took longer for me to undress and dress. I have 100's of moles on my body and have had exams in the past. These exams would take at least 15-20 min. while the assistant would document size and location for future exam. None of this was done, just used a magnifying glass and light. So much for preventive medicine.
