Great compassionate doctor who listens to the patient and explains everything in detail. Works around the patient's schedule.
in Chester, VA |
I was thoroughly impressed with Dr basker. He not only answered questions in his office but called after work to answer follow-up questions that I had. He took the time to make sure my family and I felt comfortable with the surgery. And after the surgery visited every day I was in the hospital and took our Medical concerns and listened and adapted medication accordingly. Very nice man and talented.

Dr. Basker is Amazing he has done above and beyond for myself and two friends I referred to him, yes you have to wait and yes staff needs improvement but sharing office is a big part of the problem,, Could not be more pleased he goes out of his way to help others :)
in Hopewell, VA |
The VA Hospital has been requesting my husband's medical records from this doctor since April. They seem to just ignore all request sent. They need these records at the VA.
Dr.Basker is a great doctor. I have found him to be a very patient and compassionate surgeon, always attentive to my health concerns and questions. He recently performed an outpatient procedure for me. My personal schedule was causing conflict in scheduling, however, Dr. Basker assured me that he would work around my schedule in order to perform the procedure at my convenience and that is exactly what he did. Wait times in the waiting area may be a little longer than desired but he is great.
in Colonial Heights, VA |
The wait time was over 1 hour 15 minutes on both of my appointments in the waiting area, another good 10-15 minutes in the exam room until Dr. Basker came in. He seems like a nice doctor but his staff is far from professional. Poor phone call returns, and seem more busy chit chatting with one another rather then helping patients. I there for would not recommend this office and will not return myself.
