Impossible to get ahold of the office by phone. Needed prescriptions filled and they never got back to me. Have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a referral. Went to ER because referral never came and condition became worse. Dr. Patel hasn't even contacted me since my ER visit. Would never...Read More

Dr. Patel is caring, she LISTENS! She doesn't over-prescribe medications and will go to bat against an insurance company for her patient if it is in their best interest. She is personable and very easy to talk to.
