The office staff needed more training in taking a correct blood pressure, very unprofessional providing wrong insurance information, calling your home leaving wrong misinformed information on answering machine. Milking your insurance company by writing unnecessary blood work, excessive referrals that the patient didn't ask for, prescription written behind your back without your knowledge, pick what he wants to treat not what the patient came into the office for. The medical staff could use some training in professional appearances not coming to work as if they just pulled out their uniforms out of the dirty clothes hamper. I still don't know how this place got the ratings . I had family members listen to the unpleasant and unprofessional messages left on my answering machine. I even encountered were I was told to lie to my insurance company to get treatment that I didn't request. Some of these reviews have to be lies or friends of the practice. You can't keep treating patients that way.
