I received my M.D. from Dow Medical College and the University of Karachi in Karachi, Pakistan and completed my Internal Medicine Internship and Residency through the AHEC Residency Training Program under the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. Received my fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston; and Texas A&M University College of Medicine / Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. I am board certified in Medical Oncology and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha. I am a Consultant Hematologist/Oncologist for The Fremont Area Medical Center. As a member of the Missouri Valley Cancer Consortium, I participate in co-operative group and industrial trials.
