Highmark Insurance recommended Dr. Arif and I am so glad they did. Hei is so knowledgeable , kind, and compassionate. He reviews all of my medical records and works with my physians and myself to make recommendations for treatment. I was the pursuing the Spinal Cord Stimulator and the infectious disease doctor said to wait and Dr. Arif agreed and assured me he would work with me to manage my pain. He is an amazing doctor. So glad I found him!!! He takes the time to explain treatment option in terms I can understand.

I was so nervous for a procedure that I needed. But after the nurses and the Dr. calmed me down I was making the jokes and laughing during the procedure. They totally relaxed me and the procedure helped my pain so much. Dr. Arid is a wonderful Dr. and knows how to get you out of pain without habit forming drugs.

Hello,I agree Dr.Arif is quite the personable one,as well as many other wonderful qualities. However,I disagree about your comments pertaining to his staff.May I ask if you work?I do,as a social worker and there are days I am quite stressed,to the point one might perceive I hate my job,I do not!I find Dr's Arif staff quite 'warm and welcoming'-I am sure, like anyone that works with the public, especially in healthcare environment, there are days that are rather stressful.Kindly note that his staff deals with many patients that can irritable towards them, impatient, and many other things the staff has to deal with.I have found all his staff(I'm awful w names)to be quite professional, helpful, and downright sweet!I nary got the impression of them being 'overworked or hating their job,and I would know,I work in quite the stressful field.I would absolutely recommend Dr.Arif and his staff!!!!!

Dr Arif performed an epidural on my lower back. I was anxious because of no sedation, but it went quick and was not painful, more pressure after the needle was in. I’m very satisfied. Hope it works. I’ll have another in 2 weeks.

I think Dr. Arif is very personable & I feel he tries to help. I feel as if he is being pulled a little thin as he is always rushed. His staff is always very, very, very STRESSED almost to the point of being rude. It's evident that they "hate" their jobs and/or dealing with patients. I think this is very sad. I would recommend Dr. Arif, however, I would warn that if you are looking for or expecting a "warm & welcoming" or professional staff don't waste your time or theirs and go to another place.
