Spent 5 min in my mouth for dental cleaning
Dr spent 5 min in my mouth for dental cleaning. Spent 15 min in selling me procedures i can get done in my teeth. Not going again. She said she does fluoride on all her patients and that will be $40 not covered in my insurance. Tried to schedule appointment for deep cleaning and 6 month appointment. I said i will call and schedule. She almost said its her protocol to schedule next appointments. But then said we recommend it so it doesn't slide your calendar. It was a first time visit. Not going again.

Her office never reached out to my dental insurance company to see if my crown will be redone because, in her words, she did not feel they would authorize it. I found out about this when I did not hear from her office in about a month. Bad business practice. I'm left to feel that I was treated poorly because my current dental insurance is from the state of NJ.

Dr. Pingili and her staff are wonderful. I am always greeted with a smile. The dental work she has done for me has been excellent and she has never hurt me. The hygienist is very caring and professional as well. I will never go anywhere else. I have brought my whole family to Dr. Pingili--even my kids.

Dr.Pingili is the very knowledgeable,caring and gentle.I didn't even feel any pain when she gave me a shot .I highly recommend her to my friends and family .So far I referred many patients and will keep doing it .

Big Noo...Stay Away Guys..Dangerous Doctor. I would not give at least a Star but review can't be posted without a star. Her only concern is Money to Loot the people. Guys if you have good insurance just stay away you will get surprising bill without taking any service. too rude with customers. a highly arrogant person , After doing half job we asked to visit other doctor because I caught her billed wrong charges to my insurance. Doctors first reponsibility to cure the patient not to loot patient

I am amazed by how pain-free my fillings were. I did not feel any pain whatsoever, absolutely none, not even when i received my numbing injection - this speaks volumes about Dr. Pingili's expertise. I can see how she has the trust of her patients and she definitely has mine. Dr. Pingili and her staff are really good at what they do and they work very fast as well. I am extremely satisfied with my visit and I strongly recommend her to anybody in the Hillsborough area
