My Husband and I have been seeing Dr. Saunders for 5 years and wish we would have found him sooner. He's addressed concerns I've had that were ignored by my previous physicians for years. He's kind, considerate, and takes our concerns seriously. Our health is much improved because of his skill and expertise.

My wife and I have a great relationship with Dr. Saunders. Yes, there was some time recently when it was difficult to get an appointment but that has improved significantly. Also, he responds to questions via MyChart always by the end of the day. This works well for us.

The quality of care has slipped drastically. Really feel like "just a name, just a file," not a patient. Getting an appointment is a nightmare. No consistency in treatment. After much consideration (and hope for improvement) am looking elsewhere.

Waited an hour and 12 minutes on this doctor before walking out. Never got follow up phone call to reschedule. Never got apology phone call. AND didn't get a refund on my copay that I paid to see him, despite not seeing him. Horrible customer service!!!
