Dr Polsky is listens, explains and was very nice durine my appointment at the Catonsville location. His staff is friendly and efficient. The only complaint is the imaging center at Catonsville was very slow, and deferred blame on others. Due to their lackadaisical attitude I ended up getting my MRI at the Glen Burnie location. They were wonderful, however the facility needs updating.
OACM is part of a medical community working in the prime interest of our patients and take any concern a patient has seriously. Our goal to support a good experience and maintain the same level of care we provide in our offices is achieved in cooperation with known and trusted service providers within the medical community. We are pleased knowing this patient was able to resolve the concern by having his/her MRI completed at a location of his/her choosing and that the experience was a good one.

Dr. Polsky is fine, but his staff is not helpful at all. Continued problems with not returning phone calls, and requests for prescription refills were totally ignored. My pharmacy left his office three messages, and I subsequently left messages, and of the 6 phone calls left, not one return call was received. I also called and left messages for pre-op questions which were all ignored until I called to cancel the surgery. No mediation and excessive swelling are apparently fine.
