I highly recommend Dr. Cartwright... He did the best to help me when no one else could after i suffered a terrible accident in my right eye.He is very knowledgeable and professional. Poor patient treatment. 2hours wait time WITH appointment. Dr. Cartwright is not always pleasant and have an discomforting demeanor. Seems to get frustrated easily. I feel like I was #. Someone with Medicaid insurance, not a patient receiving medical care. I have a serious medical condition which is very unpredictable and throughout the length of being a patient (over 9 months) Waiting and accepting this, I had to call SEVERAL times to be told I was discharged for leaving before being seen

They have you going all the time for unnecessary test. I had to go three times for an extensive glaucoma test and after the second time I asked if I was close to having glaucoma and was told it is just because of my age. I was 58 years old and no history in my family. for cataract they wanted to put a torc multifocal lens in that I was told by another Dr. I could not have because I had lasik in the past. There is not enough room for all my complaints.
