Patient Comments (2)
Garden City, NY |
The office does not inform you of the various unnecessary tests that they do and most of the time, the insurance does not cover it. Dr. Sen is a rushing "referral doctor." Everything I asked her, she had no idea and referred me to another dr. I felt like I wasted my time and money going to her. Her staff, especially the billing manager is extremely rude and the medical assistants are very cold, do not talk to you or let you know what tests they are doing. Very unprofessional.
Knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Sen really took her time to listen.
