Care Philosophy

Personal Philosophy With balance and commitment to her patients and students, she reminds her residents: "Medicine is a difficult road that ends not in a right to practice medicine but rather in the most meaningful privilege - the opportunity to use our talents to make a difference, to touch the lives of others… if we so choose to master the skills of science and invite the compassion of humanity." PHILOSOPHY of a Teacher: As an educator, Dr. Tadros explains to her residents several fundamental principles not found in any textbook. The face is central to our identity and mastery of facial plastic surgery in its truest sense lies beyond the finesse of surgical technique commonly taught. She opens their eyes to the importance of surgical planning and analysis of both facial architecture and facial personality. Using a scientific approach to facial harmony creates the foundation. The artistic component starts with an appreciation of our patients as individuals, translating personality and character to the final result. There are three levels of mastery in facial plastic surgery: The first level of mastery is intuitive through rigorous study and apprenticeship refining advanced surgical techniques. Upon completion, the majority of individuals can proudly boast their surgical expertise. This she defines as mastery of the science. The second level of mastery incorporates the principle of facial harmony. At this level, the surgeon is keenly aware of how manipulation of one area of the face affects the surrounding features and has mastered how to selectively employ surgical techniques to achieve facial harmony. This level of mastery introduces an artistic element of surgical preferences guided by scientific principles of facial harmony. Mastery at the third level is the most difficult to cultivate and the most overlooked. Yet, it is what separates the technically skilled, from the truly talented surgeons…sometimes referred to as a 'natural' The third level of mastery recognizes that the face is central to identity and self-expression.At this level, the surgeon has developed a strong physician-patient relationship and clearly recognizes any discordance between an individual's inner personality, personal desires and their outward appearance. It embraces the scientific principles of facial harmony to achieve aesthetic balance while defining how to preserve individuality and capture personality in the final result.

I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Tadros on multiple occasions. She is extremely professional and diligent in her care of her patients in the operating room and with fellow caregivers. As a nurse, I have witnessed how detailed she is during surgery, always placing her patients first. She has taken the time to expand my education related to the types of surgeries she performs, and for that I am grateful. As a professional myself I have enjoyed working with her in the operating room

I went to see Dr. Tadros yesterday for Botox in the forehead/eye/chin area, and I am so thrilled with the results. I have been getting Botox treatments for a few years now, but this was my first visit with Dr. Tadros, and it certainly won't be my last ! Dr. Tadros fully understands the facial structure and where the injections should be applied for the most natural look. Prior to the treatment, we had a thorough discussion about all of my anti-aging options. Highly recommend !

Dr. Monica Tadros has given me my life back. I have not felt this good in over 20 years. That's how long I had been suffering from sinus issues. Constantly being on antibiotics to take care of it. I saw 3 ENT specialists who told me I could only patch the issue, but after seeing Dr. Tadros she put me on the path to feeling better for the rest of my life. I knew after sitting in her chair I knew that she could help me. I feel like a new person. I am forever grateful.

in Springfield, NJ |
I went to Dr. Tadros for lip injections. Her technique was unique and the results were exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be any happier with her and her staff. Very kind and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Tadros as I loved my results and will keep coming back.
Very happy with my visit and results with Dr. Monica Tadros. She is a highly skilled doctor with a great staff. Would recommend her!
in Fanwood, NJ |
Had my septoplasty done with Dr. Tadros as I waited 25 years to get it done. I wish I went to her earlier as I can now breathe normally and the allergy season is bearable. I highly recommend Dr. Tadros for anything above the neck, especially anything related to the nose.
in Oakland, NJ |
I definitely would recommend anyone to Dr. Tadros. Beautiful, clean office and very friendly staff. Dr. Tadros was very professional and did a great job of managing my expectations. She did a beautiful job of removing an unsightly scar from my lip that previous dermatologists warned I would run the risk of building added scar tissue with removal. Now the bump is gone and my confidence has been restored. Thank you Dr. Tadros!!
