She walked in, moved my arm a couple of times, and I went for an MRI that morning. I waited agonist a week and a half for the results. When I hadn't heard from the office, I called. The receptionist then, ama only then, said nothing is wrong with your shoulder. I said, there's pain in there, I can't use it. There's something definitely wrong in my shoulder. The dr never even thought to call me too discuss other options for addressing my pain. I called back and got the report. There is plenty wrong in my shoulder. Ms. Omey spent under 2 minutes with me in the office. Too rushed, and I was the only one in the office.

24 minutes ago I see some not so good reviews about Dr. Omey. I had broke my Tibial bone. After Christmas. I went to see Dr. Omey and with seeing my Xrays she said we going have to do surgery so me hearing surgery I was scared because I never had major surgery like this before. She rest insured me everything was going to be fine. The day of the surgery she came in there and went over what she was going to do that day. Had the surgery that everything went well. I'm still under her care because I just had the surgery not so long ago. After I had the surgery she came back to check my leg to see how it turned out. This is the most Nicest, sweetest , know what she is doing doctor. I highly recommend her if you need any type of surgery that her background is in because she is good at what she do. I couldn't be as much happy and pleased that she did my procedure.

My mother in law fell and broke the proximal head off her left femur in February 2017. Surgery was done by Dr. Omey and was sent to rehab for almost 3 months. After the 6 week follow-up visit with my MIL complaining of popping and pain the entire time, we were told "that happens, its broke" after a metal rod was inserted. Here we are 16 months later and it was just now noticed that her leg never healed and she now had a 1 inch separation and the rod is not attached to anything except the distal

I do not usually fill these out, but after reading some of the other reviews, it is hard to believe we are talking about the same physician. My injuries were significant and it was her skill alone that resulted in a complete recovery. I would return to her for any orthopedic needs that may arise in the future and if anything ever happened to anyone in my family that required orthopedic surgery, Dr. Omay would be my only choice.

She did a good job with a simple surgery. There is a gentleman working here who is very sweet & comforting- more so than Dr Omey herself. Eveything else was a miss. The woman at the front desk was always very rude. Time with Omey was short & I waited over an hr for a scheduled appt. she prescribed me tramadol after my surgery- which I am EXTREMELY ALLERGIC to. Are charts not important? Insurance didn't cover costs & when I asked why, front desk lady says, "Well I don't know it's YOUR insurance"

Dr. Omey reconstructed my toes, foot and ankle. My tibia was broken at knee and compounded at ankle. Dr. Omey and my plastic surgeon, Dr. Max Peckerov, saved my foot. I only tost two toes. Not only is she a great ortho, she listens to you, makes you feel comfortable and cares.

The office did not bill my insurance in the required 60 days (billed it over 90 days after seeing Dr. Omey); therefore, the insurance did not pay. They billed me for the amount, which I refused to pay, since they bill the insurance and were at fault for not billing in a timely manner. I asked for the financial agreement 3 times that states they if they fail to bill properly and timely, I would have to pay the remainder amount. It was never provided and they've now put a lien on my home. Shame!

This Dr. Completely dropped the ball after doing a torn ACL repair surgery. Refused to order a CPM machine... did not want this 17 year old to have the circulating ice machine all other ACL patients get. Would not order any PT post -op. This has been a nightmare for the entire family. Stay away from this one! She is very mean and has no regard for her patients.
