It goes without saying that I was less than thrilled about being diagnosed with Breast Cancer. My initial appointment with Dr. Eigelberger was very informative. My appointment with her was just the beginning of A1 professional medical care I received during this life changing time. My surgery went well and I healed much better than I expected. I appreciate her care, warmth and knowledge. Each person is different and has different needs and expectations. For me Dr. Eigelberge was the perfect fit.

Sorry for split review but there is a character cap. Dr. Eigelberger comes in, does a quick exam, can answer only one of my questions and when asked about the cons of waiting and monitoring for six months since I have a marker, says "Well, it's a bi-rad4, which is cancer 25%-75% of the time so I wouldn't wait. Wonder where she pulled that stat from. Having had nine surgeries due to an injury, I can without a doubt say this dr has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced-go elsewhere.

Dr. Eigelberger was recommended to me by family friend who also had breast cacner. She immediately took charge of my cancer situation got me scheduled for lumpectomy in short time after initial visit...the quick scheduling was very comforting of course. The surgery went very smoothly and I felt relieved and encouraged by her care. She is a busy, professional young woman and I was glad to have her as a competent surgeon which is what I needed most at the time. I recommend her.

Follow up to our Aug 30 review: Dr. Eigelberger performed elective surgery on my wife last week. Fortunately we avoided emergency surgery in August in part due to Dr. Eigelberger's course of treatment. Dr. Eigelberger always was cordial, gave us the information we needed and answered our questions. The procedure (5 1/2 hrs.) went off without a hitch and my wife is recovering nicely. We find her to be an excellent surgeon, but not a hand-holder. We'll take excellent surgeon every time!

I found Dr. Eigelberger to be attentive, listening to my questions and concerns. Answered all of my questions in a professional manner exhibiting her knowledge as a surgeon. Her specialty in breast surgery was especially important for me.

Like reviewer AM Dr. Eigelberger has zero bedside manners. I felt rushed in the appointments with her and brushed aside when I had any concerns. I won't be going to her again or would recommend her. She failed to tell me the level of concern my biopsy was. Now I'm looking at a possible second surgery due to this. The staff at that office is fantastic, too bad they have to deal with her.

I would not recommend Dr. Eigelberger because her manner is impatient, rude and condescending. She has no bedside manner. She gets impatient irritated when you ask questions about your health.
