Dr. Sathyamoorthy practices all aspects of general and invasive cardiology. Dr. Sathyamoorthy further specializes in clinical disorders related to cardiovascular thrombosis, cardiomyopathies, genetic cardiovascular disorders, and the use of blood thinning medications. Dr. Sathyamoorthy is the current Chief of Staff of Baylor Saints Medical Center, Chief of the Cardiovascular Division, and the Medical Director of Cardiology for Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital Fort Worth. His private practice is a member of Texas healthcare PLLC, the largest private membership of physicians in Fort Worth. Dr. Sathyamoorthy moved to Fort Worth from Vanderbilt University where he served on the Faculty as a Physician, Educator and NIH funded research scientist. He remains an adjunct member of this faculty. Dr. Sathyamoorthy is married with two young children, and they enjoy making their home in this great community of Fort Worth. His commitment to Forth Worth Is evidenced by contributions numerous community organizations and boards.
