Dr. Khan performed a Laminectomy and Forminectomy for L3 - L5 for me seven weeks ago. I am very happy with the results and the whole experience. Dr. Khan exceeded al of my expectations. He took the time to explain what was causing my back and leg pain and all the possible solutions. He gave me the tools to make an informed decision and the outcome has been tremendous so far. Thank you Dr. Khan.

I could not walk without a cane for approx 4 years. I was in a car accident but needed other lifesaving surgeries over these years. I tried to deal with my back pain but was getting to the point that I felt like my back couldn’t hold me up any longer I was in bad shape. It’s been 3 months since my surgery and I no longer need my cane, daily, and I am no longer in pain. Dr Kahn gave me my life back-he’s amazing!

Dr. Mohammed Faraz Khan explained everything on the MRI and what the problem could be. The reason I say could be is because Dr. Khan did not push surgery but explained the options and potential problems down the road. The most important thing was that my wife felt very comfortable with him and his explanation of the problem. I have had previous cervical surgery and I understood immediately what the problem was when Dr Kahn showed me the MRI and explained the problem and that is when I knew he was the correct Dr. do do the surgery.

Dr. Khan was the second doctor I saw for my neck condition and from the moment we met I had a GREAT feeling I was in the right place this time. He took his time explaining how he would perform the surgery and what to expect afterwards. His mannerism as well as his staff Rachel and Diane showed tremendous courtesy and knowledge with my questions and made me feel secure that I was in GOOD hands. Dr. Khan is truly dedicated to his patients giving them the BEST medical service that one could provide. The day of surgery he made me feel relaxed and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I thank Dr. Khan and his staff for their love that they gave me and making my surgery successful.

Dr. Khan was the only Dr. that saw something wrong on my spine MRI. I had been suffering excruciating back pain for many years & no other Dr. saw anything abnormal. He ordered many tests and made a definite diagnosis. He very carefully explained and showed me all of the problems & then gave me many options - from doing nothing, epidurals, PT, small surgeries to L2-S1. Dr. Khan sent me home to think about my decision. In September, 2019 I had the last mentioned surgery in two parts. He did the fusion, scraped calcium deposits encasing nerves, caged the loose vertebrae that was hitting my nerves, etc. After the initial days of surgical pain. my back pain was gone. I wore a brace for 3 months & now I'm going to PT. I am so thankful for Dr. Khan & Dr. Singh- they have given my life back to me.

The idea of having spine surgery made me very anxious, but during the first visit, Dr. Khan calmly and clearly explained my options. Both my son and I were impressed by his professional, thorough, and caring manner. When I finally decided to have surgery, Dr. Khan again took the time to review the details completely and answer all my questions. I am very pleased that Dr. Khan performed my successful lumbar in November. I have and will continue to recommend him and his staff.

I was nervous the first time meeting Dr. Khan. I was in pain and hoping that the consultation would render me a candidate for surgery. Dr. Khan took his time to inform me about the criteria for surgery and described the surgery in detail. He was patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic throughout the visit. I have had successful surgery with Dr. Khan since that first visit and I continue to be impressed by the level of caring and professionalism. Dr. Khan and his staff are simply wonderful! The office staff are also excellent. They always get back to me when I have had questions or needed assistance with insurance issues related to my surgery. I have highly recommended Dr. Khan to family, friends, and colleagues and they too are impressed. Dr. Khan has exceeded my expectations.

In June of this year I was diagnosed with non small cell lung cancer which metastasized to my spine. I was very fortunate to have Dr Mohammed Khan as my neurosurgeon. He clearly explained to me and my family the various options he had based on what he might find once he began the surgery. He was very reassuring in his knowledge of what he would do which calmed and eased us all. My spine was so badly damaged, that Dr Khan had to infuse two metal rods, one on each side of the spine (T4 - T9) while adding 7 total screws to the areas of the spine that would be strong enough to hold them and the rods. He also had to carefully scrape tumors from my spine and then open up the vertebrae for the upcoming radiation so that it would precisely hit the spine and none of my organs. It is almost 4 months, & my back has beautifully healed and the incision is almost invisible. I would highly recommend Dr. Khan. He is top notch in his field as in his demeanor and compassion with his patients.

I recently had surgery by Dr. Kahn and would highly recommend him. From my first visit with Dr. Kahn , he explained the options available to me and what I could expect from each one, helping me to make my decision. My daughters were so impressed with him when he answered all their questions as well. The surgery made such a difference to my daily living. Bring able to drive my car, or sit and read or watch TV without tremendous pain was so welcomed. Dr. Kahn was much appreciated.

Dr. Khan has been an amazing doctor since the beginning. The first time I went in for an opinion he was very kind and understanding. Made me feel at ease with my diagnoses as he explained it all to me. After two years I went back to Dr. Khan and as I was ready for my surgery Dr. Khan also explained all in detail and still had giving me that at ease feeling. Surgery went well and I'm glad that I had an amazing surgeon like Dr. Khan.

I was referred to Dr. Khan after several years of ineffective treatments by other drs. Dr. Khan immediately diagnosed the problem and made recommendations to correct it so it didn't worsen since I was already having issues walking. Dr. Khan has a very calm demeanor. He is very friendly and caring. He explained everything he would be doing to take care of my problem in terms I understood. He was very honest as to what the success of the procedure would be. I felt VERY comfortable with Dr. Khan. He took his time with me at each appointment I had. He never made me feel rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Khan to anyone in need of a neurosurgeon. I really do feel he gave me my life back. His scheduler, secretary, and NP were wonderful to deal with also. Always very patient and helpful.

Dr. Khan is an excellent neuro-surgeon. Prior to the lumbar laminectomy surgery he performed on my back, i would walk all bent over and I could not walk very far at all. Now, I am able to stand erect and can walk for a greater amount of time. Dr. Khan is a very compassionate doctor who truly cared about me. He was also very patient and took a considerable amount of time to explain things. I never dreamt that he would spend so much time with me. No hesitation in recommending him to others.

Dr. Khan performed a laminoplasty on my C3-C6 vertebrae and things went very smoothly. Dr. Khan was very friendly and dumbed down everything so I could understand what I was going through (injury-wise), what he was going to do about it, and the recovery process involved. He was very thorough in explaining everything.

From the first visit I found Dr. Khan to be quite pleasant. Dirst off he has an excellent bedside manner. Second he is open an honest and does not sugar coat anything he tells you. I had three choices he said. Without back and neck surgery I would most likelyr become quadrapalegic. Second option shots been there done that. Third option surgery. He stated the pros and cons of everything. We chose surgery and it was the best decision. I would highly recommend him. Tamra H

I was very reluctant to have the much needed surgery on my neck but Dr Kahn was so reassuring that I swallowed my fears and scheduled the surgery. I am so glad that I did. He was wonderful before and after the surgery. I could not have asked for a more professional, competent and caring doctor. Now, I no longer face the possibility of becoming a quadriplegic.
