Patient Comments (3)
Plano, TX |
He took care of my mom when she needed back surgery. You couldn't ask for a nicer doctor. Like the other reviewer said, he was super sweet, knowledgeable and patient. I couldn't imagine someone not getting along with him. He even took a phone call after hours to answer my questions!! I guess people will treat you the way you treat them. So be respectful and you'll get respect.

Dr. Alhezayen was not just knowledgeable about my conditions, but he was kind and really friendly. He also spent time explaining everything to me, and I really felt like I knew what was going on. He was also very sweet to my family and returned their phone calls. I've actually never had a doctor who would do that! I don't want to get sick again, but I'd I do I hope he's my doctor.
I would be ashamed to be called a doctor with the way the guy treats his patients. Knows little and doesn't know anything outside of VERY basic protocol. He doesn't know how to administer tests correctly, as his orders were messed up numerous times and always rejected a second opinion numerous times. He said "I've been doi g this for 12 years and I don't need to look into your history from your symptoms". What a joke, and refused to look like the joke he is by rejecting request for a 2nd opion
This patient was extremely difficult. He would only believe diagnosis given to him months before I took care of him. He believed a relative who is an RN over me. I spent a lot of time explaining to him his diagnosis but he won't get it. Insisted on getting the incorrect med. I did not threaten to discharge him. I discharged him because he essentially refused treatment and was lying to nursing staff about taking the medication. No other doctor would take over the case. I don't blame them.
