Khan, MD, is a board-certified minimally invasisve gastrointestinal surgeon with clinical interests in advanced endoscopy, laparoscopic anti-reflux surgery, and endocrine surgery.Dr. Khan received a medical degree from King Edward Medical University, the oldest medical school in Pakistan. He completed his residency in surgery at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, NJ, and a fellowship in advanced laparoscopy, endoscopy, and endoscopic ultrasound at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. He also completed a mini-fellowship in endoscopic ultrasound under the direction of Dr. Anand Sahai at the University of Montreal, in Canada.Dr. Khan has made many presentations at professional conferences and participated in numerous professional workshops. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, and the Surgical Society of Alimentary Tract."
