I've never had a worse experience with a doctor. Rude receptionists. Always waiting an hour + past my appointment. Doctor spends 2 minutes in the room with you. Receptionist is not usually very nice, but on good days she is tolerable. Mostly, I think she is just no-nonsense and comes across worse than she truly is. The worst thing about Dr. Alam is the wait. If you want a Dr who cares about patients this isn't the one for you. It's a good day if you're in the waiting room < an hour. You'll probably wait a similar amount of time once you're in the exam room. You're lucky if he spends more than 5 minutes with you. He doesn't listen to concerns and...Read More

Kept pushing back appointments for a thyroid issue and requesting new blood work for tests that had been performed and reviewed by him just days before. After 3 days of waiting for him in the hospital I decided to make arrangements with another physician.
