Dr Al-Assi is a wonderful doctor. He is very caring and he got me into a clinical study even after I had moved to another city. He called me at home to tell me about it. After I moved I continue to drive 2 1/2 hours to him for my doctor appointments.

Waited over an hour in exam room I finally left. the staff was good at verifying insurance and making sure they got copay which was refunded by the person who represented her company the best I'm referring to the check out rep I felt the doctor could have sent word on when I could expect to be seen but I felt an hour and half past my scheduled time was enough
