Best Doc EVER!!!!
I have been going to Dr. Shahed since he took over for Dr. Al-Haddad. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He is always available one way or another. I have moved an hour away & I will never change doctors. He truly cares for his patients. Sometimes waits are long but he is well worth it.

Dr, Shahed never returned my phone call after 2 weeks. No one answered my pnone call so I had to leave a message on the answering machine. Slow or no response to requests. I need to find a more responsive and caring office and physician. s

Small and crowded waiting room with long wait times in the main waiting room as well as once you are taken to an examining room. Office did not return phone calls when a referral for hospice services was needed for my mother -- referral had to be obtained through a specialist.

I have seen Dr. Shahed for years, I can honestly say he is a very good, thorough Dr., however, I will be finding a new primary physician due to the fact that they overbook patients and he is always running way behind in his appointments and it just causes to much chaos whenever I try to get in to see him. In addition the front staff doesn't even seem to be the least bit sympathetic when you have to leave after being there 2 hours after your scheduled time and you have not even been called in yet
