I was a GYN patient of Dr. Abdel-Aziz and was very comfortable with him. I just found out he has retired and closed his practice and am wondering where I can get my records. I was never notified of the closing. Does anyone have any information they can share?

I have been going to Dr. Abdel-Aziz for over 12 years. He delivered my son which was a significantly different experience from delivering my daughter. He is a kind and wonderful doctor and changing him is not even entertained.
