Terrible experience!! Waited OVER 2 hours when the office was empty! I went to have my daughter's eyes dilated for a thorough exam. He was apparently not aware of this and didn't want to do that exam and when I insisted he dilated her and made us sit and wait for over an hour 1/2! Wish I could give...more

I am shocked. Reference "real reviews" on zocdoc. The patient's desire to have a dilated exam is one of the criteria I use to determine whether to perform one. Based on my examination of her child, and 35 years experience as a board-certified, fellowship trained ophthalmologist, I use my own judgment. Nothing abnormal was noted on dilated exam so, in fact, her daughter did not need it. This mom, concerned about her "wasted time", took the time to post this same review on several websites. Hmmm.
