Twice he recommended a removeable splint instead of a cast for my son’s broken tibia. His fracture healed beautifully and without the discomfort and itchiness that wearing a cast, even waterproof was causing.

Excellent physician. I have had to have bilateral carpal tunnel, 4 trigger finger releases, and 2 De Quervain releases. He's done them all and I wouldn't go to another. He has an excellent disposition and easy to talk to. I'm a registered nurse x 36yrs and I've dealt with a lot of doctors. I highly recommend him!!!!!!

Worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. Made up his mind about my shoulder before even doing any tests or reviewing x-rays or the MRI. Lied on the report as he never tested the part of my are that had the issue. He has caused me continued pain and still no use of the arm. He should no be allowed to practice as a physician.

Rotman gave me a cortison injection into my sterno-clavicular joint without an ultrasound which I later learned was risky and unprofessional. He then operated on the same joint without first x-raying the joint and "forgot" to send me to physical therapy after I asked him numerous times, even on the day of the surgery, if it would be necessary. He remembered only when I scheduled an appointment 6 wks postsurgery due to the pain. Skip the entire crew and go across the street to Wash U orthopedics.

I was sent to Dr Rotman by another surgeon in his practice - who I would highly recommend! He was super friendly, jovial, thorough, spent lots of time examining and explaining and didn't rush at all! Even took the time to re-homed explain my MRI to be sure I completely understood!

Dr.Rotman sent me back to work full duty with a torn bicep tendon without reviewing my mri I brought. A week later I damaged my other shoulder to a like manner because I was only able to use one arm and support with the other.
