She is more knowledgeable than any other dermatologist that I have seen for Psoriasis. She conducts a thorough skin examination, keeps meticulous records of patient visits, asks pertinent questions that you as a patient would not have realized was important, and knows about drug coverage through insurance. Excellent bedside manners too. She is decisive, very good in communication with patients using layman’s terms, and therefore, I have complete faith in her working in medical dermatology. Some dermatologists out there are mostly into cosmetic dermatology nowadays, that’s why.

Amazing! I've consulted with several dermatologists but Dr. Pelle got it! My case is complex and involves autoimmune disease. She went into "detective mode" immediately and whatever the outcome, it was SUCH a relief to find someone who is knowledgeable and truly listens. I'm confident FINALLY that someone will get to the bottom of what I've struggled with for years and many visits to dermatologists who haven't a clue!

Dr. Pelle seems to be a good doctor. My issues are about the administration of her offices. It seems to be geared more towards cosmetic dermatology than towards medical dermatology. It can take months to get an appointment. On my last visit, the Dr was > 30 minutes late with no warning from the staff. I ended up simply leaving. Also, they failed to get advance approval on a procedure and wanted me to sign a paper agreeing to pay if insurance didn't without advance notice to me.

Dr Pelle is an outstanding Dermatologist but getting a follow-up appointment is a discouraging process. Getting a same day of next day appointment is next to impossible. They should not even suggested these two as pausible optios cause they are not. Her staff in friendly and with the exeption of Lynne, thefront desk receptionist is actually rude and lacks common sense. Dr. Pelle is always rushed and spends very little time with each patient. In addition, she speaks very fast and uses jargon.

Called to inquire about having a procedure for PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) therapy, after already having a consult with another provider. With such good reviews, I was shocked by the curtness of the receptionists (spoke with 2 receptionist -both unhelpful); first receptionist didn't even know they offered PRP. Other providers in the area are upfront about the cost of the procedure, this practice would not give me any info unless I would come in and pay a $100 consult fee.

I went to Dr. Pelle for a rash I have consistently had all over my entire body since 2007. I had been to a half dozen dermatologists in the past 9 years and each gave me a different diagnosis, while never resolving the problem. This rash has been a very uncomfortable, unsightly, ongoing problem. I did my research and found Dr. Pelle and knew she was the right person to see. It took two months to get in, but it was worth the wait. I have confidence she will get the job done. Kim Jeffery Carlsbad

I've gone to Dr. Pelle, twice now. About three years ago for some warts on my hands, probably got them paddling outrigger in Mission Bay. Just recently had some skin tags on my neck. Both times, she took care of them on my first visit. I went to two dermatologists before, by far, Dr Pelle is the Best. Minimal discomfort with numbing requirements. Highly recommend her, very kind, easy to talk to. Obviously getting an appointment can have a lead time, but she's worth the wait!

Dr. Pelle is top notch! Extremely professional, while also friendly and approachable. She is a brilliant doctor, very organized and thorough. She explains diseases, symptoms and treatments very well. The patient truly feels at ease and involved in their plan of care. Never rushed, you feel as though you are her only concern during your appointment. The office staff is friendly, organized and as accommodating as possible. My family makes the trip from Temecula to see Dr. Pelle- she is that good.
