I have autoimmune ovarian failure, which went undiagnosed, until I found Dr.Mcdermott. I suffered w/o hormone replacement since age 27(now 40) since every other dr was either afraid to start me on it, or would say things like you'll be fine, you can live your whole life w/o those hormones. Inside, I was post-menopausal. She listened, she empathized, & she understood that hormones make us who we are & started me on the hormones I needed immediately. She changed my life & I'm 4ever grateful!

She is the physician I trust more than any other. That's something coming from someone of my age. She is an attentive listener and her explanations are clear and thorough. She has a soothing manner and I feel like she genuinely cares for me. Her recommendations and treatment choices have always accomplished what was needed.
