Dr. Szczodry graduated from Medical University of Warsaw,Poland, where he was a recipient of numerous awards, including merit based yearly scholarship. He then moved to the United States and completed research fellowship in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at University of Pittsburgh. Later,he entered Orthopaedic Residency at University of Illinois at Chicago where he was elected to serve as administrative chief resident and nominated to American Orthopaedic Association Leadership Forum. Upon graduation from University of Illinois,he completed sub-specialty training in spine at world renown Johns Hopkins University. Specifically, during his fellowship, he focused on complex spine disorders and surgical spine reconstruction in adults and children.
