Excellent surgeon. At 3 month mark after Dr. Wallace performed my total knee replacement I am able drive long distances, swim, bike and do yard work all pain free. Obtained great range of motion and able to position leg comfortably with all activities. Dr. Wallace offered conservative treatment prior to surgery, discussed plan and expectations. Always asks if you have any questions.

Dr. Wallace took care of my torn meniscus three years ago and when I injured my shoulder, he was my first choice to evaluate what needs to happen. He explained the damage, my options, and what each path entailed for me to make an educate decision on my health. I highly recommend him.

Doctor Wallace has been helping facilitate the process of rebuilding me, piece by piece, after "doctors" in the military attempted to do so, and failed miserably (when everything is done by the lowest bidder, what do you expect?) He is one of the few doctors that I implicitly trust, and I've unfortunately had to have a lot of surgeries, Doctor Wallace always tries to recommend a conservative treatment approach first, when possible.

I choose Dr Wallace originally because he was one in only three surgeons who performed the surgery I needed on my hip. I was very impressed with his easy manner and straightforward answers to my questions. I have since had knee replacement and another hip surgery and I haven’t changed my mind about Dr Wallace. He’s a very skilled surgeon but easy to talk to and understand, and I highly recommend him.

I had pain in my right shoulder. Dr. Wallace had an MRI done and as suspected it is a rotator cuff tear with other damage. He explained surgery was the only option because of two separate tears.

Dr Wallace is an exceptional professional! He’s shown care and concern when it came to my TRC. He doesn’t push nor rush his patients and he listens. He and the surgical team at UM Rehabilitation & Orthopaedic Institute took exceptional care of me. That was 01/23 and I’m already recovering 01/25. I very highly recommend Dr Wallace!!
