Front Desk Good. Back office a hot mess, with very rude staff.. Waited over full 2 and 1/2 hours after appt. time before Doctor came in. He did not even acknowledge that he was late. More like a salesman than I want my Doctor to be. Did not even have my previous x-rays or CT's from ER after all that time waiting. They were relevant and he should have known, his staffers informed before my appt. was booked. Arrogance can not be substituted for confidence in staff or Docs.

Went to Dr. Trainor for debilitating back pain. After an MRI to verify all was well with previous surgery on my neck (done by a different surgeon, thank God!) and another MRI on my back where the pain was occurring, Dr. Trainor said all was well (even though the MRI showed bulging discs). When pressed, he said my pain was probably residual pre-surgery pain and promptly dismissed me. Later, a Pain Mgmt Dr saw inflammation around the disc joints and Cosamin has taken care of the pain!!

Saw Dr. Trainor before he moved to Las Vegas from Prescott AZ. Took some time to realize he acted like his discussion with me was scripted. When I questioned or wanted to speak up, the appointment was over and he left the room. He likes to be the only one to speak. My problem was unresolved because the tests didn't indicate anything bad enough to treat. He dismissed me, left the room, without telling me he was leaving Prescott. I received a letter a week after my last visit. Not professional.

First off, mediocre office and administrative staff, pretty much a meat grinder and quantity over quality operation. I have a badly torn shoulder that needs joint replacement surgery and the doctor explained little and tried shuffling out of his office after only a couple minutes. Said he couldn't do anything and surgery the only alternative and tried to push me to the surgeon in his group (Michael Lee). I wouldn't go back to this guy if my arm was falling off.

Office staff was extremely friendly! I didn't wait for more than 15 minutes for my appointment, that was booked with ease. Dr. Trainor came up with a good treatment plan for my condition to eliminate pain without surgery at this time.

Severe, life altering results of surgery can possibly occur. A neurosurgeon who specializes in such surgery may be a more realistic and better option, with the likelihood of better results. Seek other opinions. A lifetime of being crippled or handicapped is not a desired outcome.
