I was anxious about my visit beforehand but what a nice compassionate non-judgmental guy. Before my exam he spent a good 10-15 minutes talking to me to understand why I’d come and talking me through the causes and norms of my condition and it’s treatments (preventative and post occurrence,) and gave me flexible options for follow ups or scripts should they be necessary in the future. Really a nice experience!

Dr. Tarlowe did an excellent job of explaining my problem and the steps needed to eliminate it. I was able to schedule surgery with him quickly. Following surgery, he followed up with me almost daily to monitor my recovery progress. He took the time to thoroughly respond to all my questions and comments. The surgery was completely successful. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Tarlowe and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone requiring his services.

My mother went to him in June 2020 he asked her "what's all this mucus"than he touch her and asked" if this hurt" he didn't examine her internally no finger or instrument. She went to him for hemorrhoids he said "yes u have them" told her to see him in his office never said what he apparently was thinkin. She was afraid to ask him he handed her his card told her he wanted to see her 2019 colonoscopy and that he was calling her oncologist. My mother 76 yrs old alone drive 29 miles in shock at what this man had done he dismissed her without a word of comfort or caring.

I cannot complain about his performance of a colonoscopy seversl years ago however, his practice at the time was to invite an anesthesiologist to provide service during the procedure without my knowledge and consent. Since he did not bother to ensure this anesthesiologist was coveredc by my plan, I got socked with a $1015.00 bill long after the procedure. And since my insurer only agreed to cover this fee long after and following numerous phone calls and emails, the unpaid bill was sent to a collection agency and reported to the credit bureaus. And of course his office claimed it was no fault of theirs. Thanks a lot Doc! Great job letting a routine procedure sink my credit!!

I came to Dr. Tarlowe's office two weeks ago with severe pain. The doctor listened to my challenges and thoroughly checked my symptoms. He then recommended techniques that would help me and prescribed a medicine that was covered by my insurance. I am back today for my follow-up visit feeling 100% better. I am glad that I found Dr. Tarlowe and would recommend his practice.

Prior to my initial visit, I was dealing with profuse bleeding every time I had a bowel movement and an infection which was causing me moderate to max pain/discomfort. Dr Tarlowe was able to see me, properly diagnose me and set my mind at ease. He was very professional and was easy to speak to about sensitive issues. After 2 weeks of treatment I was back to my prior level and feeling great. Thanks again Dr Tarlowe.

Dr. Tarlowe has been very helpful with my case, by providing me with the necessary medications to take towards a fast healing process. He also was a great listener and cares about the patient he is serving at all times! His receptionist support as well has been amazing as far as communicating appointments and coordinating messages to and from the doctor to the patient.
