Had an appointment to see Dr. Schwartz instead was seen by a PA and he never came in. PA told me I would benefit from getting knee injections but needed authorization. After over 1 month and 3 phone calls I was never called back from them. I called by Insurance Carrier and was told they were never contacted for an authorization. Very sad leaving a patient in pain waiting. Never going back.

I am so grateful to Dr. Schwartz. Five weeks after his preforming arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder, it feels fantastic. He gave me a gift of no pain, and right arm mobility that I have not had for years. I only wish I had him work on my shoulder much sooner. I highly praise his skill, knowledge and attention to my situation.

Three weeks post-Op of my ruptured Tricep Tendon and have 130 Degree's Flexion. It was hopeful to only reach 90 degrees and so far exceeding the Dr.s expectations. The staff made me feel comfortable before surgery because I was anxious. I am so happy I chose Dr. Schwartz.

He was thorough and professional and did not mislead me about my condition and what needed to be done to repair it.

Lied to about out of pocket medical expenses. Was told if had any out of pocket expenses someone would have called me prior to the procedure. No one called, despite calling them to confirm. Weeks after the procedure I received bills totally over $800! Called their billing department, they apologized for letting me 'fall through the cracks' however said I was still responsible despite their mistakes. Upset that a doctors office would engage in such deceptive practices to make a profit
