I saw Dr. Schwartz after a bicycle accident that left multiple fractures of my right clavicle, which he repaired with internal fixation. He has a modest manner that makes it very easy to ask questions and he explained everything including the x-rays.

This guy is a joke. He and his staff are unprofessional. After the first visit and two MRI's I never received a follow up call regarding the diagnosis or a plan of care but I did receive a survey.

Dr. Schwartz fixed my knee (ACL/Meniscus tear) and put me on a conservative rehab schedule that has brought me back to 100% motion and strength. I'm running, skiing and hiking again! I found Dr. Schwartz to be a great listener and willing to be flexible on medications and my desired timetable to return to sport (within his clear constraints). I highly recommend him.

I came to see Dr Schwartz on a Monday for a meniscus tear and was very happy with his diagnosis and his manner. I got into a pre op two days later and two days after that I was in surgery. The surgery was perfect and no pain at all!

I highly recommend Dr. Michael Schwartz as an orthopedic surgeon. After having suffered a
terrible fracture of the proximal end of my left humerus ( of my left shoulder ) Dr. Michael
Schwartz successfully repaired the injury and set the bones with a metal plate and pins. The bones healed very well and I felt confidence in Dr. Schwartz's excellent capacity to have him operate on
me a second time to remove all the hardware and pins. Dr. Schwartz has improved my quality
of life enormously!

I unfortunately used Dr Schwartz for a torn rotator.The GREATEST MISTAKE I have ever made! Immediately after surgery I ended up in the E.R and found was told by another Top surgeon,
'HE WAS WAY OVER HIS HEAD." Loose anchors. loose sutures, embedded anchors and needed 2 surgeries to try and correct it.
I suffer unbearable pain. I can no longer work at the job I loved for 38 yrs. 2 years of extensive and painful physical therapy. I need help with daily chores and can not lift my arm overhead!!

Dr. Michael Schwartz performed an arthroscopic procedure on my knee last year which resulted in an impairment with which I live today. The condition of my knee is worse now than it was before surgery. I've had physical therapy, cortizone & gel injections, and fluid drained from my knee 3 times. I've gone to see other doctors since. An MRI shows that I don't have any lateral meniscus left. What I have is a swollen knee with limited movement and pain. No one was impressed with Dr. Schwartz.

Quality doctor who uses extensive medical knowledge to provide the most optimal solution. I've had two ACL surgeries but he leaves you confident in the procedure and recovery through out the whole process. Very cohesive staff and assistants as well, great surgery coordinator, P.A.s and receptionists. I never write reviews but they deserve more credit.
