The doctor is knowledgeable and thorough. Amazing! The office staff - terrible. No one ever answers the phone You always get the answering machine. I've been standing at the counter checking in, as four office staff members were chatting about restaurants. Phones and me and the people behind me were ignored. The answering machine states they are switching over to electronic charting and asks you be patient as longer wait times may occur. It's been 2 years now. Still. transition? Doubtful.
He has been very kind and thorough when I meet with him. The office policies and staff are awful and incredibly inconsiderate of their patients. They do NOT answer the phone. Good luck getting your prescription refills called in on time. They ignore the pharmacy request and get upset if you call - not that you will every speak with someone. I have heard interactions with frustrated patients who show up at the office because no one will return a call. They are very rude to the patients.

My husband has gone to Dr Sarabalas for 5 years and nothing has changed for him. The office staff in this office are horrible. They could care less about any patient. They talk about personal matters very loud. We pay when we are seen, but now they are saying we owe money from 2013/2014 and cancelled are appointment, but did not inform us. Would not see my husband after he was just released from a mental hospital. Now he is out of medicine and is in worse shape then ever.

Dr Saribalas is very thorough and willing to think outside the box. He uses every means availablbe to understand your case. My problems being head injury related he asked me questions no one else has ever asked. I also found his office people to be very friendly and helpful.

Dr is amazing - staff is the worst I have seen in over 20 years. They are rude, cold, unresponsive, zero empathy and poor bedside manner. I would recommend the Dr a million times over but you have to get past how horrible the office staff treat everyone to see the good in it. I have been a a patient for over 3 years and every time I have to speak to one of the girls and especially the office manager I want to slit my wrist. They will walk you to your room like a robot with no pleasantries!!!!

The doctor is amazing. The office staff however are horrific. They are always rude and short with patients, even sitting in the waiting room you can hear how horrible they speak to clients on phone and in person. They never even attempt to get to you or have a conversation. I have been coming to the office for years and still treated like garbage from the office staff.

Their office is completely unresponsive. You can never speak with anyone just leave messages and then they say they will call within 3 business days but that rarely happens without another call. Whenever I need them to just do a simple verification to my pharmacy as required by my prescription refill it takes several calls and over a week and by then I've been out of my medicine for quite some time. Needless to say I need a new psychiatrist so that I can keep on my regular medicine

Impossible to get ahold of his office. Spends less than 15 minutes with you. Doesn't leave messages to remind you of appointments (yes, this sounds petty. But if you're a busy person, you really need it and it's becoming standard practice). Probably gets a steak dinner with each prescription because I was given multiple prescriptions that my insurance wouldn't take and had gained FDA approval within the last 6 months. It's super fun to find out it costs $1000 for one month....
in Columbus, OH |
This office is more worried about making money than offering any medical care. They do not return phone calls and reschedule your appointments without notifying you causing waste of my time and travel to their office. I've gone to the office twice to find it closed and than forced to pay the bill for the missed appointment I wasn't notified was changed. I have left this practice and would not recommend it.
