Dr. Sacco is without a doubt the worst doctor I have ever encountered. I saw him about a broken wrist and asked about options to deal with it as I was afaid of general anethestic because of a heart condition. He didn't say I could have surgery with light sedation which I would done. Instead he took me to a room and started to manipulate my broken wrist, pulling and twisting it until I levitated off the table with the excruciating pain. My Fingers swelled and turned almost black. A week later, after a xray, the Doctor said 'well it doesn't look like you need surgery afterall'. My fingers were still mega swollen and things didn't feel right. Fortunately, I went for a second opinion to a doctor who was flabbergasted when he xrayed my wrist, said I was losing a lot of bone and needed surgery immediately which was done the next day. I am so lucky I found a doctor who said I didn't need general anesthetic, just light sedation. The surgery went perfectly, no pain and now almost 100% healed.

Our family has seen Dr. Sacco multiple times with great outcomes, whether it be piecing a crushed hand bone into usable form using percutaneous pins (no pain left and full function restored!) or operating on ganglion cysts. While he is a man of few words, he has an uncanny gift of a precise diagnostic skill and does not recommend unneeded surgery or testing. He also promises only reasonable results with a conservative concept of the natural progression of different ailments. As a physician, I have trusted his opinion completely when working on fractures and pressure neuropathies for all of my children and husband at one time or another.

I love Dr Sacco! He’s done 3 surgeries on my hands, with great success. He’s very focused as a doctor and very serious about his practice, but I did manage to make him smile a couple of times. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Dr Sacco is a very poor uncaring orthopedic doctor. My husband saw him two years ago and has been in pain ever since. I attend the appointment with my husband as he is a disabled Vietnam Veteran. Dr. Sacco did not spend any time listening to him or showed any concern for what was going on. I would not recommend this man to anyone for medical care.

Dr. Sacco was kind, patient, and cares about his patients. He puts his patients first, before beaurocratic red tape or insurance company demands. He's very good at following up and tracking his patients' progress and he's a very skilled surgeon.
