Terrible! Did not listen to the patient, the whole appointment took less than five minutes, very rude and dismissive.

My Visit with Dr. Rosenbaum wasn't good. He asked all his questions, passed over mine. Looks at my skin for two seconds, left and came up with a plan, brought me back papers + prescriptions. When I asked a question about the plan, he just ruffled through the papers in my hand and pointed to the answer, as if I was a bother for asking. Never asked my concerns or my current skin care routine. Again, just asked his questions and passed over mine like they weren't important. At the end of the appointment (which wasn't long) he was talking and walking out of the patient room, which felt like I was being rushed. Really an impersonal experience and doesn't seem to be interested in his patients or their concerns.

I went in for face acne. The doctor spent 10 seconds looking at my face and left the room. He didn't give me the opportunity to ask any questions and just gave me an FAQ sheet to read. He came back with a prescription. He was cold and uninterested.

The whole process was very efficient. Considering I was the only patient at 8AM I would have liked for Dr Rosenbaum to have been a little more thorough with my mole screening but he seemed knowledgeable and confident.

First of all I’d like to say how rude and lack of bedside manor this doctor had. He never let me finish one sentence. He stopped me mid sentence when I tried to explain and give him medical history to tell me that it has nothing to do with what he has without even listening tl a word I had to say. He just kept saying that has nothing to do with it. How does a family history have nothing to do with my child? He left the exam room, came back with 2 pages and said read it I’ll be back. Comes back 2 minutes later and says it think it’s what he has without even asking what my family has. Prescribed a medication and días see you in two months. I’ve never had experienced such an unprofessional provider who didn’t even allow their patients to voice their concerns or even listen to what they had to say without basucally telling them to shut up. It was like a 10min visit literally. Probably less. Super disappointed
