Dr. Rokaw is fantastic. I have been seeing him for several years. My kidney function started out at 33%, and is now at about 48%. He also detected an iron deficiency after major surgery. I highly recommend him.

Prevent Progression of Chronic Kidney Disease. Optimize care for Chronic Kidney Disease by managing hypertension, anemia, secondary hyperparathyroidism, diabetes, immunizations. Follow NKF K/DOQI guidelines. Recognize high association of Chronic Kidney Disease with Cardiovascular disease and aggressively identify and treat risk factors. Work closely with cardiology and vascular physicians.
