This is my second procedure with Dr. Rivlin. The first was for trigger thumb. He tried 3 rounds of shots until he said I needed surgery. It was the best decision which is why I trust his decisions and he always explains everything well. Now being treated for another trigger finger and wrist problem. I wouldn’t go to anyone else to treat my hand/wrist problems.

Dr. Rivlin is a consummate professional and everything you want in a surgeon/hand specialist. He answers questions thoughtfully, offers options, treats you like an individual, and takes the time to build a trustworthy doctor/patient rapport. I broke my right (dominant) wrist at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and what could have been a horrible experience turned into a very tolerable one thanks to Dr. Rivlin’s exceptional skill and professionalism. He explained why I needed surgery and assured me it would be an easy recovery. He is an amazing surgeon. Three weeks post surgery, I can barely see the scar, have no discomfort, and am using my right arm for almost everything. His staff is also wonderful.

While I was in Rothman Urgent Care with a broken finger, Dr Rivlin took time out from his schedule to come down and review my X-rays and examine me. He then fit me in to the next weeks schedule and took time to explain what to expect going forward. Would highly recommend.
