it has taken 25 years to locate this hack. he made a promise to my mother that he would snow her so she wouldn't be aware of choking to death. Well, he argued with me about it and my mother was totally aware of what was going on: painfully aware while she choked to death. He wasn't into palliative or hospice then- he was actually a rheumatologist. He is in it strictly for profit since he was recommending Vitas hospice ( he was a principal of the corporation) and they were nearly as ineffective
