Fantastic experience and results. Dr. Rabin is knowledgeable and straight to diagnosis but also with compassion. I highly recommend. I found Dr. Rabin to be highly skillful and did exactly as we discussed, very happy with results and would be honored to use him again. It's nice to find honest, trustworthy and skillful Neurosurgeon, one of the best!
Honestly worse decision I've made in my life. He permanently paralyzed my right vocal cord in surgery. I can't breath, swallow properly, and aspirate frequently. As a teacher, he has destroyed my life quality and ability to do my job. After surgery also left me with severe tmj (just found that out and may require another surgery), and a new residual pain in a different location. Bedside manner he is always in a hurry, which I would be ok with if I wasn't left in worse condition.

Dr. Rabin was abrupt and short with me in the hospital emergency room, when first meeting him after my MRI . Again for the follow up visit. I was very disappointed with him and his bedside manner. Discovering you have a brain tumor is a shock to a person. Treating it so matter of factly is unkind and insensitive to the patient. Dr. Rabin is a very fine surgeon. A scientific kind of guy wanting to know the why's of this brain mass. I am grateful for that but please do not treat me as an idiot.
