Canton, MI |
I would not recommend Dr. Pochron to anyone. I was referred to him by my primary physician for pain in my hand. For both of the appointments, I had to wait at least 45 minutes with no apology. He was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. After doing some blood work after the first appointment, he made me come in for a 2nd appointment, wait 45 minutes after my appointment time, only to tell me that nothing showed up in the blood work. I was charged over $200 for each visit.

Dr. Pochron was highly recommended by my doctor. Dr. Pochron was direct and accurately assessed my condition. Very pleased with him as a service provider. The concern I had almost prevented me from scheduling an appointment was the RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL OFFICE person who answered the phone. She is the older lady with the heavy voice. I stayed on the telephone for 20 minutes as she fumbled around supposedly researching everything about me, rather than making my appointment.
