Dr Patney has been my surgeon for years. I'm not a normal "case" and he is always there for me. Last week it was a broken kneecap. His sincere thoughtfulness, skilled bedside manner and just human feelings make a visit I can look forward too. He always explains my x-rays and ensures I am comfortable with the direction we chose together.

Dr. Patney was very kind and knowledgeable. My husband was worked in quickly and he was a new patient. Dr. Patney takes his time explaining everything yet he stays on schedule! We didn’t have a long wait even though it was a work in appointment. Very pleased with Dr. Patney!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Patney for 10 years. In 2008 he did everything possible to keep me from having my right leg amputated above the knee the result of a bad experience with a routine knee replacement by another doctor that lead to MYRSA. Dr. Patney was sent from God and I am so thankful. In 2015, Dr. Patney replaced my left knee and he told me I would never go through what happened in 2008. After surgery I had zero pain and I am doing great. I would highly recommend him.

I had my surgery and I am amazed at how my leg has no swelling in my ankle or any discoloration like I have seen on my sisters leg after the same ACL surgery and she only had hers shaved vs. my cadaver graft of the ACL. I have minimal swelling on top of my knee and zero redness. I am so happy my insurance didn't cover the initial doctor I was referred to by the ER doctor after my fracture and found Dr. Patney and his staff who called me after surgery to check on me as well. Thank you all Sabina

Dr. Patney has done two reverse shoulder replacements for me. I don't believe there is any way they could have been done better than they were. I have almost complete use of both, and expect that they both will be perfect in the future. Dr. Patney is a very pleasant man who will listen carefully to your description of your pain and problems. He makes you feel that he really cares about how you are healing and lets you ask questions and he answers them in a way that you can understand.

I had knee replacement surgery cancelled at the last minute due to an erroneous lab report. The information that the Dr used to determine the cancellation was not actually requested of me during pre-admission testing and they did not know how the hospital had this report. The anesthesiologist mistakenly thought the date of the lab was 2016, when it was 2015. Dr. Patney's office staff repeatedly referred to the lab report as legitimate despite my insistence that it was not. Incompetence!

Spent 30 seconds with me. I objected to the orthopedic support he shoved on me and no one would listen. Referred me to a physical therapist who handed me a sheet with exercises I couln't do. On my follow up I wanted to discuss my setback but he failed to be present. Loss of continuityThe result for me with Dr Patney was mistrust, worsened condition and great trauma
