Dr Nathan is great. He takes time to explain everything. He was very helpful with my sinus problems and answered questions about my sons ear infections too.

I have a problem with polyps in my nose, when I lived out of state the ENT that I went to never discovered that was why I couldn't smell or taste. Dr. Nathan had it figured out in 1 visit. It has taken me 2 yrs to want to have the surgery to fix it. He explained why it was not possible for me to have the balloon surgery in office.

He seems like a very competent doctor, but he was dismissive of my concerns, and was awful at communicating key information about my care. The front desk staff were fair, but couldn't resolve a problem I had with the patient portal even though I reported it on 3 separate visits.

Dr Nathan was great. He was easy to talk to and listened to my rather long story about my problem. He initiated treatment that was spot on and made things better that other ENTs didn't even think of. I'm going to bring my kids to him now that he did so well with me!

Dr Nathan was great. Listened to what other doctors ignored and made me feel very comfortable . The staff was great and Dr Nathan described a plan and treatment that worked.

30 minute waiting time in outer office. 20 minutes waiting in inside room. Examination using volume machine only. Saw doctor for less than 5 minutes to be told hearing loss not sufficient to need hearing aid . At time of appointment I told them that volume was not the problem, just the clarity of people's words, so his diagnosis wasn't helpful. No suggestions or recommendations were offered; just a quick ushering out. No better than going to a hearing aid store. Useless.

Extremely overpriced. I was charged over $900 for a routine office visit. All doctor did was look up my nose with scope and he charged for an operation. Will never return. Waited 40 minutes past appointment time.
