I had an appointment with Dr. Munier July 18th, 2017.He had me do a CT to find my problem. He kept telling me I had Vertigo, & I told him I did not Spin as the way vertigo is done. He sent me to have PT for Vestibular / disequilibrium rehab. As it turned out it made my balance problem worst, now I have to do exercises for 5 months to try to correct the damage done. Said he couldn't do anything & come back if I had a nose problem!!!!. He would not listen to what I was telling him. Very rud

My daughter was referred to this doctor because she developed fluid in her lungs. She made an appointment with the doctor, showed up on time, and was told she would not be seeing anyone as this was a "meet and greet"!!! The referring doctor was not aware of any type of meet and greet for physicians/specialists. This is not medicine, it is not ..."above all, do no harm". I am not happy with the entire group as there was no one to see her.

Dr. Munier is an excellent doctor. He listens to his patients and comes up with a plan to help each step of the way. I had surgery and it went very well and the recovery was great.

I love Dr. Munier but the staff needs a lot of work! The front desk is very matter of fact, in your face, rude and they are always right. I just saw the Dr. on Wednesday and I am still trying to pick up antibiotics from my pharmacy on Friday. First it was sent to the wrong place, I called, repeated the correct pharmacy on Thursday, it's now Friday at 2:30pm and Walgreen's still doesn't have the script. Now I will have to wait until Monday to address this because the doctors office is closed.

Dr. Munier is thorough and patient and explains and answers all questions. The problem is some -not all- office staff, who can be curt and inflexible to the point of almost being rude and nasty. A sympathetic or at least understanding tone of voice goes a long way in a physician's office.
