I had an issue with my throat for several moths that was treated by Family Nurse Practitioner. It was not resolved so I was referred to CEENTA and saw Dr Miltich. Loved his approach in looking to find the problem. Explained everything he was doing during the procedure. loved his personality. Gave me information I could read and follow at home to help the resolve the problem. Will see him for followup, Looking forward to the appt.

At my 1st appointment with Dr Miltich he showed a complete lack of empathy or interest in listening to me. After 2 questions, and reading the nurse's notes, he said, "You need an MRI. Wait, I should examine you first." He was very concerned/excited about discussing another issue that was not troubling me. I had to tell him 4 times I was there only to discuss the serious problem I was having.

I returned for follow up visit only to be scolded for not having returned in 3 weeks. I was so shocked at his scowl over his glasses that I didn't tell him it was due to my fathers death. He needled a cyst claiming it was liquid filled and was quite rough making several attempts then claiming the lab "lied to him". He continued aggressively to needle my jaw and due to pain I passed out. When I woke he said "women don't usually pass out because they are used to seeing blood every month".

This was one of the worst Dr experiences we have ever had. Dr Miltich was condescending when he spoke to us, said that the previous scan showed a liquid filled cyst and suggested he take a sample in office to send to lab to be tested. Upon injecting the needle, not cautiously, from several different angles, remarks "oops, they told me wrong, there's no liquid". My wife passes out from pain & then he sends the sample to out of network lab and we are being billed full amount, no one wants to he

He seemed caring and thorough with me and told me I had infection and he would call me in an antibiotic and a cream...nothing was called in and this was on a Friday..tried to give them time to call it in, didn't want to hound them but by the time I realized it hadn't been called in it was too late. I guess I have to suffer the whole weekend. I will call on Monday to get my meds and schedule a follow up with someone else. Someone that is dependable and will do what they say they will do.

Each time I visited I was in and out within 5 minutes and each time I would leave with amoxicillin & prednisone without him ever addressing the issue. It was always "we will look at it next time."

My experience was awful. He was in the room less than 5min. and gave no explanation of what is going on with my child. He is referring my child to someone else within the practice for the same thing my child was referred to him for.
