Dr. Milligan had barely come in through the door when without warning he began to freeze two spots on my face about an inch and a half from my eye. A patient could easily flinch or move their head quickly not realizing what the doctor was doing and probably been blinded by the freeze. The doctor should take the time to look closely at a patients face, warn them what he is going to do and hold their head so they do not move. I am sure that Dr. Milligan is a good doctor, but watch out.

Dr. Milligan isn't super personable but he is an excellent dermatologist and surgeon. I recently had Moh's done on my face and his work was excellent. I would trust him with any kind of procedure on my face or body. I am only disappointed his reviews aren't all 5 stars because he is the best in the valley. His office girls were very sweet too.

I've attended Dr. Milligan since before my parents, who were patients of his, passed away in 1992.Though very pleasant, he spends little time & appears to rush to get home. I have asked for moles to be removed, he has refused. Now they are bigger. I have been inquiring about collagen injections, I have little faith. I know the price and made an appointment, but not where he will inject. At $1600, I feel I deserve to know how he will adjust the contour and where he will do the injections.

Care and staff are VERY POOR....staff with their condescending attitude toward patients. It is as if the patients exist for their employment. Healthcare is the last thing on their mind. Get them in and out ...and take our 1 and a half hour lunches, and respond to patients if we feel we have time or the inclination.....this is Dr. Milligan's idea of competent healthcare....

I had squamious cell skin cancer removed on my arm and foot I am a type 2 diabetic Was sent home without antibiotics or pain medication. My foot got infected and I was admitted into Eisenhower Hospital . I had to have surgery on my foot and came close to loosing 2 toes. My wife let Dr. Milligan know.. I have to go to the Infusion center for antibiotics. and have a nurse come every day to change my dressing. I had to cancel my appointment to have stitches removed. Was never asked to reschedule.
