Hated the notebook med info gathering process before appt. cumbersome. Very slow processor. Has to type one letter at a time, slowly, type fast and 80% of keystrokes missed. Dr. Loeb, on the other hand, is TERRIFIC. FAST, FAST, FAST!! He drives in a higher gear I have ever previously observed in a physician. He drained my elbow "swamp" in nimites, once I gave green light.

First time at this location and with Dr. Loeb. Dr was late ~45 minutes with no extended apology by the time I was seen. I went in with severe right shoulder pain after three trips to the ER. I found relief by Dr. Loeb administering a steroid injection.

First time, very professional yet cordial. Good listener, reviewed MRI with me, sent to him by referring Dr. and explained what saw, conservative in approach & suggesting options! Was thorough in his exam of my strength, limitations of neck, shoulders & arms and felt very confident in his understanding & explanation of pain experiencing. Was very satisfied with our encounter & his competency in caring for me. Less than 10 min wait, office staff great, clean & cordial environment. 5star

Straight forward, efficient, caring. Staff was great with patient in significant pain

Terrible bedside manner. Dismissive. Uninterested. Rude and demeaning. Would rate lower, if possible. Save your time and money and avoid this one.

He was honest and conservative in his diagnosis.

Dr. Loeb is an excellent surgeon. He listens, offers great advice and he is real with diagnoses. I want doctors who make me confident with their diagnoses and skills. Dr. Loeb did everything to allow me to make a reasonable choice to have a total shoulder replacement. The surgery was excellent and I now have complete mobility in my shoulder and arm. I was so impressed by Dr. Loeb, the Cedar Park Tx Ortho staff and the Physical Therapy Department that I plan to have the other shoulder done.

I initially saw Dr Loeb for an injury to my left shoulder after falling through an attic and two years later a fracture to my right shoulder after ice skating. I highly recommend his thorough evaluation and treatment; his ability to explain the exact injury and his dedication to the least invasive care. His support staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Loeb and appreciate his dedication to orthopedic medicine.
Thank you for recommending Dr. Loeb!

I would not recommend Dr. Loeb to anyone. He has little to no compassion for patient care, education, or comfort.

Sched an appt w dr. to assess injury to shdr for 87 yr extremely healthy female (independent, active w 1 prescription, eyedrops). Performed a thorough history and inadequate physical exam (barely touched the shdr, ignored motion & no ortho testing). Informed us that you notified pt & family that you refused to order an MRI because you would never perform surgery on an 87 year old. Found an MD to actually evaluate & order MRI- 3/4 of rot cuff muscles ruptured. Scheduled surgery w another dr.
