Dr. Lieb's bio

This content was provided by Dr. Lieb "Patient empowerment is key to successful treatment. I believe strongly in educating my patients about their disease process. If the patient understands their disease process, they will better understand the treatment options presented to them. They can then make a more educated decision regarding their treatment. Engaging the patient in the decision making process in this way also encourages the patient to make positive lifestyle changes to help modulate the disease process. "

Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Lieb "Only those patients who truly understand their disease process can receive optimal treatment.   I believe strongly in patient education.  I utilize diagrams and figures whenever possible to ensure that my patients understand these complex problems.   I also utilize patient handouts with further information that the patient can take with them when they leave.   Office visits are often stressful situations for the patient, and they are presented with a large amount a new information.  Having the handouts to read later allows to the patient to retain more information and directs them to further resources on that disease process should they desire it. "

Had an unsightly varicose vein in my right leg that was causing me discomfort and in one injection by Dr. Lieb it was gone despite these injections often needing multiple treatments. Both he and his staff are easy to deal with and super competent. Would definitely recommend.
