Dr. Leonard is extremely charming and personable and when you see him. But that's where it stops. He is completely unreachable once you leave his office. Your only interactions will be with his receptionist and she always seems rushed. Dr. Leonard is also a bit of an alarmist. He will have you going for tests and specialists over any little thing. I switched back to my old Doctor.

Dr. Leonard is a wonderful person. He is caring and attentive. Unfortunately, he recommended my son to a doctor that almost killed him. One of the reasons to go to internist is for their network. Unfortunately, I could not trust Dr. Leonard's network.

Dr. Leonard has been my primary care physician for almost 15 years. I see him at least once a year for my annual physical and have had to see him several times for some non-serious illnesses (flu etc). He is excellent at what he does, listens to my concerns and has excellent bedside manner. His staff is great too; I know someone complained about the receptionist/admin; she can be a little abrasive, but I've never had a problem. All around A+ doctor and practice. Highly recommended.

I've seen Dr. Leonard three times in the past three years, and while he is not bad (Speaks fast and rushes you), his front desk staff is TERRIBLE. Without fail, this staff member is rude, very hostile, and never returns calls. Attempts to resolve billing or other issues is very lengthy and requires constant follow up. Sometimes, she doesn't record copayments, so be sure to collect a receipt as evidence. These reasons are primarily why I would not recommend Dr. Leonard.

The most important aspect of care for me is, Dr. Leonard listens. He listens to my concerns and makes me feel like a valued member of my care.
