Dr. Lasser has been a God sent. He is an absolute gentleman, excellent surgeon and has an incredibly light demeanor, which helps when your hurting. He took the time to explain all that was happening. He DOES NOT spend time elaborating on what MAY HAPPEN? that to me is a waste of time. Let's just help the patient to understand what is happening and then take the next step to ensure that the safety and health of the patient is secured. No sense in taking it where it may NOT go? He is an excellent surgeon and God bless him and his staff whom are overworked and do an amazing job anyways.

The office staff does a terrible job with contacting their patients with their lab results, appointments scheduled procedures, just to name a few. Lack of communication between office staff, Dr. and patient are also relevant! We are still waiting for my husband's blood test results from September! Also, they keep sending us a bill from 7/15/20, that my insurance company advised that they don't even have a claim for! Lack of response and communication is what this office staff is known for! The turnaround in office is a true indicator of this!

I had a visit the Old Bridge Office on October 7, 2020. The receptionist on duty was extremely curt and rude. Prescription was not forwarded to the drug store. There is no live person to speak to, and no one responded to messages letf.

I scheduled an appt with Dr. Lasser and told them that I use Wellcare. He is 45 minutes away from me. When I got there, the secretary told me thatthe Dr. requires a primary care physician referral, which is contrary to Wellcare rules and procedures which say that you don't need a referral for any of their doctors...On top of this they sent me 2 appt. confirmations by text!!!...they caused me financial hardship by wasting my time...No way I would go to this Dr. he is a creep

The office staff is horrible. My mother always gets the runaround from the staff when she's due for her cancer screening every 6 months. A person shouldn't have to work that hard to schedule an appointment to make sure they're clear of cancer. They tell her one thing and then another. They pretend that the person doing the scheduling is new when she's not. SO unprofessional.

This doctor told me when I came in with severe pain in my kidney that I didn't need a urologist I needed aN orthopedist. While waiting for his results from my urine culture my primary care physician call to tell me the culture that she took came back positive for an infection in the kidneys. Almost a week later I received a call from his office saying nothing was wrong with me very rudely. Again I went back for a repeat culture to my doctor and again the infection was there and had worsened.

I have a family history of kidney stones and after a small one over 20 yrs ago I had a very large kidney stone, requiring a stent, and, later, surgical removal--I found Dr. Lasser to be personable, professional, easy to talk to, and a gentleman. He takes the time to make sure any questions or concerns you may have are addressed and you never feel like you are being rushed. The office is clean & pleasant, and the staff top-notch.

He is overworked and absent minded. Will not give you the time of day. You talk to his back and he responds to his screen. Like an automaton only he can't multitask. He wants to see you in a month but writes down a week. He tells you to wait to see a staff member but forgets to notify her

I visited Dr. Lasser in 2013 and had an awful experience there. He performed a cystoscopy on me and neither he nor his nurse advised me of the side effects; they also failed to provide me with anything for the massive leakage after the procedure which I was not prepared for and made for an interesting ride home from the procedure.
