Exceptional Doctor!
Dr. Kuo is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He seemed very sincere and caring, and spent a long time with me initially to understand the problem completely. Then he explained in great detail the best solution which completely eliminated my lower back pain (after seeing several other doctors without success). Dr. Kuo is truly an exceptional medical professional.

I would absolutely recommend Dr Kuo - have consulted many physicians for my back pain, and he was by far the most caring, compassionate, and competent! Everyone in the practice made me feel right at home and I highly, highly recommend them!

Very attentive and has a very light touch when doing procedures. He is willing to listen to the patients desires for their treatment plan. I have been his patient for several years and I have been to 3 other pain management practices before but had to move due to life circumstances. Out of all 4 clinics, this one was the best I have experienced and the staff treats you like family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kuo's for several years. Dr. Kuo and his staff are attentive, efficient and patient. He is an excellent diagnostician, and I have confidence in his suggestions for ongoing treatment. Often issues of chronic pain do not resolve themselves easily, or completely. Dr. Kuo's sensitivity to my situation, as well as his pragmatic approach in dealing with it have made all the difference in returning to me the quality of life I lost due to my condition. Aging is not for the faint of heart. These days the human touch in medicine is all too often missing because paperwork, complex billing processes and the need to "check all the right boxes" get in the way. With Dr. Kuo you can be certain you will receive the personalized attention and quality care that are the hallmarks of a genuine medical practice. In short: lucky you if you are Dr. Kuo's patient.

Dr.kuo has helped me to get my life back. I can now take walks, Shop without using a scooter and feel like a new person after 6 failed knee surgeries. He is kind, understanding and very knowledgeable in alternatives to severe pain. I have seen him also for trigger point injections in my neck and back, and cortisone injections into my knee, he is a straight shooter. His staff is also courteous.

Dr Kuo is as caring a man as any medical professional I have ever encountered. He listens carefully and takes his time. My chronic pack pain has been managed for years without the use of opioids and I am so greatful to be able to maintain my active outdoor lifestyle

Dr Kuo is a very sincere and caring Dr. He is sensitive to your pain, and works very hard to help your pain disappear. He is easy to talk to and works hard to help You be pain free. There are many pain management Drs in No Va. who have ok reputations. But very few are outstanding as is Dr Kuo. Thank you Dr Kuo for your kindness and caring. Your sensitivity is outstanding. Dr Kuo did not help me at all in fact he treated me like a drug addict and would not prescribe any pain meds however wanted to perform expensive procedures....what a joke and a waste of time .

What can I say about Dr Kuo? He. Is. Amazing. After 7 years of chronic back pain and NUMEROUS doctors I finally found the most caring, honest, amazing doctors in the world!!!!! He truly takes time to listen and genuinely CARES. He was honest and told me my issue wouldn’t be an “easy fix” but also promised not to give up on me! Everyone at the office is top notch!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Kuo.

Had a terrible tail bone issue where it hurt to sit for long periods. Talked to Dr. Kuo, set up an appt for a Caudal injection and it worked great. For me the relief lasted ~7 months. He was easy to talk to and knows what he is doing.
